Ahri Guide
1500+ Ranked Ahri, I Wumbo
It is not the best guide:
-you have early game cooldown reduction but no mana regenerating items till mid-late game game.
-You have no spell penetration till VERY late game.Just because one of her abilities is true damage doesn't mean you shouldn't get some spell penetration early game.
-Very much a glass cannon build and very expensive.
-Also I suggest if you are going for some good damage replace morello's evil tomb with a Deathfire grasp. A Deathfire grasp in combination with Ahri's true damage ability can actually do a fair amount of damage to tanky champions.
-Rod of ages isn't the best item for ahri, it costs a lot and yes it does give you health and mana but it would be better to get a different item if your going glass cannon.
Also I noticed you have runic affinity. Now there have been some higher ranked players who have made surprisingly good glass cannon build reliant on blue buff. However, I have somewhat a negative about your build . Blue buff gives 2% mana regen which for your build isn't that necessary because you have good mana regen at the end. In addition blue buff gives MAX cooldown reduction. This is essentially useless for your build because you have 35% cooldown reduction and the max is 40.
Basically it looks like your build wants the best of both worlds . You want good Mana regen and health while having huge AP. However, this doesn't work because you are sacrificing spell penetration and it costs a lot of gold.
Sorry for the wall of text but that is a few of the problems I can see.

also, I find that you would probably get destroyed on 1500's because you have no defense items. norellos is a horrible item to take on Ahri also. explain items please
