More movement speed, plus phage buff, plus attack speed, and when spammin your E and Q it procs the spell blade causing you to do more burst

Movement speed attack speed and burst are vital on Olaf

there is no way that you have played more than one or two games with the new olaf. also the guide is too long and has way to much coding.
