A Veigar build that has been very successful for me over many games. You have seen the items, now here's how you play the Little Guy.

Pro tip:
If you're running away from someone, use the jungle. Event Horizon will cover the entire jungle running area and you'll get away.

Early game:
Whittle minion's life down with auto attack then finish them off with Baelful Strike. 1 AP may not seem like much, but in a 30-40 minute game, it will stack up.
Use Event Horizon on enemies that are attacking the turret you're defending. Don't place it around them, place the border of the spell on them so they're instantly stunned. Combine this with a Dark matter and a Baelful Strike and they just lost at least 300 life, and that's early game.

Mid game:
By now, you have Mejai's Soulstealer. Good. In the beginning of a 2v2 or more fight, use baelful strike first. You want to do the damage and have the cd expire by the time they're at low life. After Baelful, try to place the Event Horizon border on the better dps'er and have it be around the other one. If you don't get this at first, don't worry. It takes practice. Then, throw down Dark Matter so that if they don't move, it will hit them, but also place it a little bit behind them so it will still hit if they try to flee. Now for the fun part. Your Ultimate. People never see it coming. If it's an AP build enemy, you are their Kryptonite. You throw Primordial Strike at them if they have low enough life to kill them. You want to save it as a finishing move because you want the kill for mejai, and Baelful's passive AP boost.

Late/End Game:
You are a god. When people see you running at them they turn and run. But do not, I repeat, DO NOT get cocky. If the enemy team is MIA and you try to solo kill someone, the other team will gank you. Keep doing what you have been doing, but in team fights save Event Horizon for fleeing if your team is losing. Only thing that stings more than losing a full team fight is losing it and losing 1/3 of your mejai stacks.
