If I were you I'd definately have Quicksilver Sash as an optional item, since it can remove all debuffs, such as ignite, stuns etc. It is very cheap and gives decent magic resistance.
However, this is a quite good guide and I like it. :)

Granted Mundo does not have anything to call attention to himself, but he can soak up a lot of damage. I see this as more of a beginner/pubstomping guide. I'll be sure to change the title to reflect that. Also I'm probably going to take out Frozen Heart as my friends pointed out that the cost was not worth the effects.

As for masochism over burning agony, the idea behind that is to go into late game with increased farming abilities. Also if ganked, the cc reduction will be much less giving you more survivability. To that, sunfire should be added but it's a matter of adapting to what is going on. Of course in large teamfights you aren't going to max burning agony first but if metagame is slow, I suggest getting burning agony for more gold.

Tanks that don't have a taunt of some sort will have to be forcing other teams to attack him/her. If you build Mundo like this your only hope is that they're stupid enough to assault you at low HP.
Imo, this build won't work on high level/elo as you'll just get ignored.

I also think you should put more into masochism early, but I can see why you chose Burning Agony.
