If I was you, I would get Madred's first, and work on Ambush. The reason I asy this, is you will attack faster, while doing good dmg. Plus you will be adding your passive faster. Than id work on Phage for FM. Once you have Phage, work on PD. That will help you move and your AS will be higher, that adds stacks of your passive. When you get PD, than finish FM.
If you want to go for dmg early game, make IE or Bloodthirster. This will be a lil expensive, but if you have a great early game, you will be ok.
NOTE: Dont be pushy about rating and comments. It looks bad on you. If you dont get comments, than get some screenshots to prove it works. Or you can give a lil more description. If you can explain the details, than it will get a lil more atteneion. just my opinion.

Your spec into Defensive is a good step in the right place, but without any source of dodge early like runes, make Nimbleness and Evasion's 2% virtually useless! I am aware of your rushed Phantom Dancer, but you want the dodge early in the game.
Your build has 110% Passive AS. The only problem I have about this is that Twitch's Ambush and Spray gives a ton of AS by themselves, thus, making you way over the cap. I recommend dropping Berserkers for Mobility, so you can run around the map, ganking everything.
Frozen Mallet is such an "iffy" item. IF you are getting gibbed, get it. IF you somehow can't get your Debilitating Poisons off, get it. Besides that, I don't find a use for Frozen Mallet besides it's HP if you have good and safe positioning in team fights.
Also, you want to grab Expunge early game ASAP after Ambush. It's vital on major harrassing. Debilitating Poison is a huge mana dump, you hardly have enough mana for a Ambush+Expunge combo early game.
