Very easy matchup, as you dominate from level one to whatever! Just be super aggressive.

Easy lane, free elo.
Rengar
Have a great time blocking his Q and killing him again and again and again.
Zed
Just counter Ult and you already won. Laning Phase is easy.
Trundle
He can't do anything. Very easy lane.
Gangplank
Gankplank can be very frustrating until lvl 3 but then you can pretty easy outtrade him and win the top, rather easy.
Xin Zhao
You win the fights from lvl 1 to whatever (except if he builds assassin and you don't have ult)
Maokai
Very easy matchup for you, as you can run away from his ult, when he uses it to tank some dmg, with your MS boost.
Aatrox
Fiora's raw damage and Riposte are hurting Aatrox just to insanely
Darius
If you dodge his Q you can outtrade him VERY easy, as you can also block his w and dodge hist Ult with yours. Also your Passive is helping against his.
Kennen
Full engage him, if he misses his Q and Counterult as good as possible. Also his weak early game makes him vulnerable.
Master Yi
Easy early on, and harder later, don't engage without ultimate.
Malphite
People take malphite to counter fiora because she needs AS. NOPE her E is a reset and her W deals magic damage, then ult and the AS slow is over and you can fight him normally.
Shen
If you have good reactions, pop your W when he is taunting you, so you can block his enhanced AA, try getting ahead early. Not easy to win, but also hard to loose.
Rumble
Actually a matchup that favors fiora, as your passive is neglecting his flamespitter and you can slap him with your stick of justice for high damage.
Jarvan IV
As soon as you see him using his E on you, just pop your W and you won't get hit by his passive, after that just fight him normally, you should win. Also try to not let him ult.
Nasus
His wither is annoying but that's pretty much it, you can block his Q and will outtrade him early on.
Jayce
Be aggressive early and try forcing him into canon mode, he will go oom soon and you have to make him loose cs. If you get ahead you win.
Volibear
Take ignite. When you see him running to you, pop W, all other is just normal trading.
Diana
Pre 6: Dodge her Q and then trade hard with her, force her to go back and try to hit lvl 6 first, then all in her. Post 6: Again dodge Q and trade, but use ult directly after she used it. Would recommend Ignite in this matchup.
Wukong
Lane favors you, but still be careful.
Urgot
Fight him early and don't get hit by his E then you should be fine.
Garen
Medium hard lane, as you outdamage his E early game just by using AA's so it doesn't concern you, that you are silenced, would recommend taking W first, but still maxing Q...
Ryze
Pretty even lane pre 6 favoring him a little, but after that, he just can't trade properly anymore.
Olaf
It's a rather difficult matchup, call for jungler help pre 6 and only use one Q when fighting so you are able to disengage (especially if he maxes Q first). Post 6 you can all in him, due to your lack of CC, he is more weakening himself than strengthening with his ult.
Vladimir
Try to trade as often as you can early, at lvl 6 force his W and ult after.
Gnar
Attack him in normal form and you will have no problems, as you have two gapclosers, while he has one escape other than flash. And your raw damage will make him loose. Don't engage in Mega form.
Irelia
Depends on who gets the first kill, you have an advantage from lvl 1-4 you should trade as often as possible then.
Lissandra
Liss can be a problem, but doesn't need to be one, use only one Q when jumping on her and use the other one to get to her after she used her W.
Renekton
Block his W --> profit. But play safe until level 4 if he has aggressive runes and items.
Riven
The one that gets ahead first, wins period.
Sion
HE JUST TOO TANKY!!! He can't kill you, and you can't kill him. Farm Lane.
Tryndamere
Can be hard, try killing him before lvl 6. His W is hitting you hard later on.
Swain
Hard until level 6 but gets better after that.
Cho'Gath
A rather difficult encounter, you will have to get some early help but after that you should stomp him in lane.
Teemo
His Q... Ultimate counter to Fioras Kit... But if it's down, you can OS him easy.
Singed
Pretty hard if you don't pressure him early as if he was fighting against satan himself.
Jax
I have only lost vs a Jax once, but you probably will a lot.
Pantheon
Super hard lane, farm under tower and start with cloth armor. Don't trade with him!
Hecarim
Haven't seriously won any top lane against Hecarim, very hard encounter.

I recommend taking Flash and Teleport, as Fiora is an insane splitpusher AND teamfighter. The enemy Team will pretty much always need at least two people to stop you from pushing and you can easy turn a fight at dragon/midlane/botlane/where ever you want, just by TP Blade Waltz.
Another option is taking Flash , Ignite, this will take away your global presence and pressure, but will most likely win you most trades and fights on the toplane. Not my favorite, but pretty much essential vs Volibear or Swain.
