Summoners Spells

No question, this spell is the key to play as a jungler, so why you need Smite?
The spell is very important, because you don't make a lot of damage in the early game, what is clear I think... so Riot added Smite to the spells to help the Jungler doing more damage on minion-buffs.
Without Smite you can't get buffs of the Crimson-Raptors (the crows, alias. birds) or the Gromp (Ghost).

That does not concern the Blue and Red-Buffs.
But we come to the monsters later. This is actually the most important what you have to know about Smite, so when ever you take the lane Jungle > Smite!

more information about Smite can you find here: [http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Smite]

The second most important Spell is Flash, you need it to do quick moves, like to escape of a deadly situation or dodge enemy abilities.
Flash brings you from one place to another place. DON'T waste it! Because it takes a cooldown of 300 seconds. Thats a long time inGame.

more information about Flash can you find here: [http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Flash]

Runes

Here is a link to my Wukong Runes which are in my opinion very good, you can test the runes, or you build your own, but if you are new in League of Legends, I would say take this runes at first.

Pros / Cons

Pros
1. Very strong in 1 on 1
2. Very usefull in teamfights
3. One of the strongest Ultimate in the whole game.
4. Very good waveclear
5. Very good COMBO (E,Q,R,W)
6. His W ability makes him invisible

Cons

1. Any champ that can reveal him while using the W (invisible ability) is an instant-counter.

I can't find more of Pros / Cons...
If you have some, post it in the comments I really appreciate feedback and support from the community! =)

Counters

We start with the Easy-Counters like:
Jayce You can kill him easy if he has used his E-Q combo already.
Another choice do you have, you wait until he has no Mana, and then you start to attack him with YOUR E-Q combo after your engage with your E-Q you can add your Ultimate (R) and if he doesn't die you can escape with your W (invisible).

Teemo Yep, he is easy to outplay with Wukong. With a great gapcloser and your decoy can you despite blinding-arrows (Teemos Q) &' duel him easily. I prefer to buy wards (Pink-Eye,Green-Eye) and set them in the river. If you wanna gank him perfectly (and other champs). Talk with your teammates that they buy wards (Toplane > bush ; Botlane > bush ; Midlane both sides > bush) You can buy the item Sightstone, you earn more health and you can set 4-6 wards, if they don't set wards.

Yasuo The midlane is easy to gank when Yasuo is pushing the mid/toplane. Just wait until he is destroying the last minion-wave and he is near the ally turret, stay in the bush, use your W-Spell and go out of the push so you have few seconds to suprise him. He has no chance against your Ultimate.

Moderate-Counters like:
Maokai Also known as "Tree-Man", is a easy victim in the early-game, mid &' late-game strong but you can handle this as Wukong. The most players play him only with tank items. His ultimate is in teamfights very strong, beware if he is in the ally jungle, with his E its easy to outplay you and he is a good buff stealer. Most steals are on the blue so ward the blue with a pink-ward, the most of this Maokai players going to her red and going very soon in YOUR jungle and steal the blue of your team! I going well with this tactic: > do ally blue , > do ally red , > do enemies gromp &' blue. So he lost a farm of 2 with ally blue 3.

Jax He is easy to outplay if you use wards he can't do anything against you and your E-Q-W combo. Its easy to troll him, you can follow him if you know where he is ganking and suprise him with a 2vs2 as example on top-lane, in the most cases he escaped.

Though-Counters like:
Shyvana She has good dueling potential against you and she is very hard if she has her Ultimate! I prefer to check out her play style. Watch on the map if she is ganking and look how she does ganks. In this time you can easy counter-jungle her. But beware of wards.

Pantheon The most people say its easy to kill him, I personally can't play well against him, so I can just say play defensive and go 2 vs 1 against him. If he plays top, your ally will help you but if he is a jungler too, its a kind of tricky so careful! DON'T go back if he know where you are because his ultimate allows him to jump on a selected area.

DANGER-Counters like:

Darius He is a really danger champion at the moment, with the new patches he gets a little bit to hard in my opinion. He can easy grab you with his E, outplaying is not really easy. If you think "OHHH yeah I got you!" then he has just to push the Q-button and the dream is over. His Q is healing himself, and his ultimate makes the damage which he gaves you before he ults you. So if the top/midlaner don't ask for help and don't die like a mouse in a mousetrap you can avoid the lane.

Garen I guess some champions are in a brotherhood at the moment. Garen is one of the strongest champions at the moment. The evidence is that he is choosing the most deadly-enemy champion and give him more true damage then normal. If you go to gank top and Garen is the opposed then go quickly back to your tree, no really he is so op I don't know just play careful against him and have luck that he isnt good.

Renekton I add him to this counters part, because he is one of my mains and I can counter a Wukong very easy, I just poke enemy Wukongs with my E-Q-W combo, if he is not good enough to escape he is in 5 seconds dead. My recommendation is, just go a 2-3 vs 1 against him if you have a Irelia on the top its often that Renekton picks Ignite to destroy Irelia, so watch out! If you have full-life and you think: "Yep I got this!" then you can try it but the most attemptings go wrong.

Riven A really strong champion, she can outdamages you and is a destroyer like Fiora. She has more burst and CC then you. You can bait her attacks with your W (Decoy), its not a good idea to trade with her.

Fiora Same like Riven she is very strong, the rework of her is very cool but also dangerous for you! Mostly I bait her in a ambush with 2 more ally champions. Play defense against her if you lane top. As jungler you have to play just with your ally top-laner, you can easy tower dive her with your Decoy.

Lee Sin Don't worry the game is not over if you see him in the enemy jungle. But you have to play very careful. He is a good buff stealer (most the red buff). The problem is that he can reveal you in your decoy so you are really weak against him, your ultimate is not the best method to kill him, because if he is lvl 6 (or higher) he is able to kick you with his ultimate away! So your ultimate is very useless if you play against him 1vs1.
