Hell, this is very good. Very well written, formal style and covering all the things that were announced at the Guide's beginning. The extra insight into basic LoL game-mechanisms is imo a very good idea(You could maybe add Shurelia's Zoning Video-Guide), because mostly newbies/slightly advanced players are going to take information out of it, but nevertheless one or another "pro" going solo ranked and picking the third ad carry can learn something from it. I dont like to write too much about something, so you got my point: It's awesome, keep up the good work :) Plus: I'd add Kassadin to the roaming list. El Psy Congroo. ![]() |You can't spell slaughter without laughter.| |

I love the guide ... glad to see you made one of these because alot of people need to read this and learn good team composition ... I agree with you 100% on all the information here especially the 5 champions people should know how to play .... kind of getting dull to go in Solo Que and your whole team picks Carries ='/ and have to sit through the fustration all game while they complain about how bad their early game is and end up losing since the team misses the components to hold the team together early game and come back late game ... +1 from me .... I hope alot of people read this and fully read it, because there is alot of people out there that need to learn team comp especially those that want to play Ranked .... |

Added Kassadin to the roaming section and Shurelia's zoning tutorial to the AD carry section. Thanks! |

I definitely support Ashe, Annie, and Warwick, but Shen and Janna have higher skill level requirements (are harder to play and master) and are also banned VERY frequently in high ELO. These might not be ideal to "buy next". Also, the five roles in a MOBA is Carry, Nuker, Support, Disabler, and Initiator. Tank is a sub-role that many classes can play; I'll leave it at that since you did have a considerable amount of effort put into your guide. Don't get me wrong, someone on the team should definitely build tanky, but tank isn't a real "role" in MOBA games. Decently good read, could use some polishing nevertheless. PS. You forgot to add Taric to the roaming list :v PSS. Vladimir's early game is SUPER weak, it's not 'til midgame when he excels; then he dips a little bit into late game but he's definitely a team player lategame if not carry. |

True, I have seen many groups take, say, two tanky characters and make do without a main tank. |

I really like this because each of these champions are the 'roots' of a category in league. For example, Shen is an excellent tank, and after you learn and master Shen, you can branch off and try new tanks like Rammus. Another example is Ashe. Ashe is a very viable champion, and she's a great starter champion and she comes from the Physical Damage category. Once you master Ashe, you can move onto another and a little more complex Physical Character. I really like this guide, and it'll save a lot of forum posts of, WHO DO I GET NEXT? Now, we can just link them to this guide, pick what you like to play, DMG, Support, Tank, Jungle etc, and start expanding and get more champions in that category if you enjoy it. |

Janna is actually one of the highest skill cap heroes I know of. I main support and I can't even say I've gotten close to mastering Janna yet. An easy-to-learn support would be someone like Sona or Soraka. |

YAAAAAAAAY! It's finally out! :) *cheers* The one thing I will say is confusing is that when you're introducing the roles, and you don't mention Melee Carries or Assassins in the beginning, I thought you weren't going to include them in your guide at all. I would put ALL the roles in, and then say bold the ones you will talk about in depth. I'd also switch last hitting and zoning between the Ranged Carry and the AP carry sections. Ranged carry is ALL about last hitting and farming up your items early game, so I feel like it would be more vital to have it there. AP chars are generally better at zoning because they have better burst / are easier to harass with because they don't rely on auto attacks (and therefore don't draw creep aggro). I believe there is a difference between an AP Carry and a Mage... but you talk like they're the same thing? Maybe it is not worth writing a whole section on and fixing everything, but AP Carries continue to grow in strength throughout the entire game while Mages are at their most powerful mid-game or early late-game. I see lots of AP characters teeter off, and I think that there is definitely a difference between AP Carry and Mage. It was a good read though, I like your writing style. :) I will link it in my FAQ. As far as YOUR FAQ goes I'm not sure what else there could be there. I'm sure questions will come as you get comments. I will tell you if I think of anything. I really like the way you make your lists and clarify that you have to play certain champs certain ways for them to fulfill said role. Some of them may be debatable, but whatever. :P I just critique because I know you want to make your guide the best it can be! And it's already great, that's why I'm +1'ing. :)
Thanks to GrandMasterD for my sig!
