In the current metagame he's fallen out of favor quite a bit so I may be revamping the guide at some point. I'm pretty new to this game and I'm trying to get an understanding of how much CC is needed on a team. Would I be correct in thinking that every team needs CC? What about this rule of thumb? Every team should have: * At least 1 ranged, easily placed hard CC, like Taric, Lux, or Shen. * 1-2 secondary CC. This could be CC that might be missed, like Veigar or Twisted Fate (those can count as primary CC if they are really good at it). Or high Cooldown CC like Ashe or Warwick.
