Introduction

This is just a fun little build that I decided to do on Quinn after her rework went live with verious results sofar mostly good result. So I decided to put it up here and see what others think of it and to find out if it worked well for others.

(This guide and information is still being updated as I play more games with this build, Open to suggestions)

Pros / Cons

Pros:
> Very high mobility
> Unexpected burst
> Nobody runs (par invis)
> Easy to escaping
> Split pushing
> Avoiding skill shots
> Makes 3rd dragon more useful
> Can still teamfight effectively
> Catching people off guard
> Short time to react when ganking

Cons:
> Very long solo fights if they are tanky
> Week between early and mid game (depends build order)
> Team can't keep up
> Anybody with fast reactions
> No life steal without 'Elixir of Wrath'
> Weak to high AP burst
> Can't be behind

Trading / All in

Just a quick suggestion on how to combo / trade with somebody early and late:

Early Game trade:
A early game combo when laning would be to either wait for you passive to proc to abuse them. (don't get greedy for the proc) other than that a simple combo it to (E) the target and auto the mark the to (Q) while they are slowed as it makes it easier to hit the (Q) and follow this with a auto too if you didn't wait for the passive to proc first this will proc/apply not long after you finish this combo.

Late Game trade:
This is very similar and can be done when you have your ult available its just a matter of using ult before using the previous combo as the ult will proc the damage when your (E) connects with the target.

Ranked Play

I have yet to play this in ranked myself so am unsure if this build would work very well or not in a ranked enviroment, The main issue I can think of is that teams might thinking you are trolling.

Summary

Although this is simple concept for a build if you don't get an alright start to the game I would not recommend this build as all it will achive if your behind is running away.

The idea of the build is to go around the map and punish lone players with a base movement speed when using ult of ~1000ms nobody will out run you.
Can also be used to make people waste skill shots trying to hit you putting them on cool down during a fight.

Do remember this is not a build for sustained fighting although it can be done with varying effectiveness pick the fight wisely. If you know its going to be a long fight keep it in mind that this build relies on your combo to burst people and kiteing when its not up. Although you long fighting potential becomes much better at full build with an 'Elixer' as you will heal on damage delt and with 100% crit chance it makes for a nice amount of healing.
