Currently, Thunderlord's Decree 's cooldown is 15 seconds and damage is about 200 & Fervor of Battle 's is 114 without any cooldown so go for Fervor of Battle

Farming

Your Q( Mystic Shot) is auto-attack reset. If there are 2 minions that have just 50 HP, q at one, and auto-attack at another.

Your Q( Mystic Shot) 's range is 1150 so you can easily farm behind.

Each enemy hit with one of your abilities grants you a stack of attack speed up to 5.

1.5 seconds.
Forget this spell, we're not gonna use it.
