It´s easy, just have a good warding and if you go offensive or passive (Recomended) just use from time to time your q for winning money with the blue support object. Maybe tanks are a biit difficult at the very early game but in mid game if you have win the lane its wasy with some ap and with a good adc. And the last is that sona its weak so vs full ap support like brand or zyra or some tanks its difficul the early game so in those cases maximize W for heal and shield you and your adc.

With this Sona build, in mid game you have enought AP for ganking another lane and make some DMG that can make you win an assistance. And make sure you ward the drake so then your team can do it.

This part is my favourite becasue you just have to make the maximum dmg you can make and spam w so then wny of your teamates will die. And make sure your team m8 get your shild for the buff of the Ardent Censer.

Lot of ap and some armor and life for sustain and making the enemys want to cry becasue of your dmg.

Life sustain with Shield with some more shield with life and some cookies.
