Introduction

'WOWZERS' I hear you say 'IT's AN OFF META BARD' 'HAVEN'T SEEN THAT BEFORE HAHAHA' ;-; Trust me, this one acctaully works (assuming you do it right). I found this a few month's ago when I first tried Bard, and it is OP. To add on to that most people don't see you as a threat that can aa down some marksman in a few seconds, so people don't gank you too often unless they're trying to get fed off you which shouldn't work as long as you ward properly. Always buy a pink.

Masteries

Fury because this build is based on aa and feast to help us sustain in lane. Then we get vampirirsm for sustain and magic pen masteries. We then get deathfire touch for more damage per hit. Then we get some move speed to help us collect chimes. Then biscuit for sustain and then merciless for the damage because we don't need mana sustain because of our chimes. We then get Dangerous games to survive longer in fights as we won't need bandit being in a solo lane.

Laning

Go collect chimes between waves to get ahead and sustain mana. Stun whenever they try to attack you. Place chimes to heal. If they gank wait for them to stand near minions stun them or if standing near each other stun and walk away. Use magical journey to get back to lane or get away if you f*** up. If you overstay in jungle while getting creeps or get beaten out of lane tp in. Harras while leaving lane. Do this until laning phase is over.

Teamfighting

In teamfights you should be just behind the frontline, or be the frontline yourself.Use your Q to stun and damage their carries and try to hit the tank standing directly in front of their carries with your aa.

Landing Your' Q

Ok so your' Q is weird because of the fact that it is essentially two skillshots in one. After you hit it it sends out a second skillshot, so you can land stuns on enemies that are WAAYYYY further away than the blue arrow. You can also miss this because you hit someone close to you and it sent out the second one which is a bit shorter than the initial shot, causing you to miss, and maybe even dieing.
