Introduction
Your normal Fizz combo would be R < Q < W < E. You obviously want to wait until the trident above the enemy's head to be completely filled. This increases the damage by a ton and is a main damage source. You want to try and hit your max range ultimate almost always. It provides a lot of damage and a huge 80% slow. Your Q is mostly an engage after using your ult or just trying to get close to an enemy. You want to use your E for dodging abilities, escaping, doing damage, or occasionally for an engage.
During the laning phase, you don't want to engage a fight or damage trade until you're at least level 3. If you only have 2 of your abilities you will most likely take more damage than you do to them. Use your Q to engage, your W when the trident is full and you E when you need to escape, dodge or just a little extra damage. During late game you want to try to use your ult against any squishy champ, kill them and run or engage a team fight.
The way you want to farm as Fizz is you AA the minions until they are low then W to regen mana and get a lower cooldown, or you can wait until the trident is full and if your W does enough damage, kill them with W which also regens mana and gives it a lower cooldown. During late game, your E is a very good source of farming. It does AOE damage and can probably one shot the minions, which is also helpful if you decide to split push. If your enemy tries poking you while farming, use your E to dodge the ability and possibly do damage to the minions.
