Haven't tried tank shaco seriously much, but was thinking maybe ditching an offensive item like maw for botrk would be viable; more sustain and can help carve up opposing tanks especially with the clone proc'ing the botrk. What do you think?

I believe that in Season 7, tanks have enough sustain, and you don't really need offensive items. It's true that with your clone you get a double proc on your botrk but I think it would be better to just build full tank items. It also depends on the game you're playing, the enemy champions, how ahead you are etc.. . The only AD item you should really get is tiamat in order to lower your clear time. It's not really an AD item, as it doesn't give you much AD, but I still get it for it's passive and active. If you want to do more damage as Shaco, and not play him as a tank, I suggest you play him as an AP. He is far more viable and he can actually one shot squishes.
