Your build is really good. I play for 6-7 years and I have a question.

What do you think of building CDR?
I have 20% CDR from my runes (5% + 15% scaling) and I think that Elise is spell-dependent,
so I like to build 45% with her, do you think that it is a good idea? What item/s to build for the max CDR?

I think building cdr is good when you are going oftank or tank build. You don't need 45% cdr, like Riven or Kassdin, just because your skills are not related with any kind of dashes or moves. 40% cdr is really fine and best way to take is taking protobelt, Ionian boots, cdr runes, Solari or Frozen Heart. Choose sth from this and you'll be fine.

My playstyle is mostly related to oneshoting enemy carries, supports and oftanks by bying Rabadon, Rylai etc. You don't need 40% cdr in this build, full AP build.

I played few games without the goal of having 45% cdr and my power was alot greater.
I know that building full AP is alot better than taking cdr but I just love it when its maxed out, kinda my personal pleasure. :D The feeling of having low CD's on mages is awesome, just staying in fight spamming spells. But thanks to you I know take Elise as an assassin, just goes in for the kill and escapes, no cdr needed.

You've asked questions, I am giving answers:
What's about , it's cheap item with great stats. Moreover +20% AP is very strong active for 400-500 AP build, so that you get another 60-100 AP in teamfights. Seems very well, isn't it? But build it only if you are premade with adc or you see, he is really good. If you don't want to buy Zeke, go for , for example. Some magic def, same gold and strong passive. Or take to snowball easily.
What's about ? I am trying to escape items that gives us mana, cause Elise don't need a huge pool like Nidalee or other AP junglers. Moreover, this item is effective only in early game and if you build it fast. We have to build jungler item and boots first. And Rylai/Liandry is better, I promise)
is possible, but I don't like this item, cause it costs a lot and gives us only offensive power. Elise is better when items give her as offense as defense stats. Don't forget that in late game you can sell your jungler item and buy for additional AP and movespeed.
Don't forget that going AP build makes you very squishy. I use this build only if I am in huge advantage over enemy team and there is someone to tank incoming damage.

Hello and congratulations on being #1 Elise!!
I wish to learn how to play her as she was free and I tried her and fell in love of her dynamic gameplay and unique style. Now as i anxiously wait for you to finish writing this guide a couple of question related to the items.
IF our adc or any other carries are not so great so you have to build damage, Zeke seems a bit of a waste of gold. What do you recommend to build instead if going AP?
Also have you tried Rod of Ages? A whopping 500 HP, 800 Mana and 120 AP not to mention sustain throughout the game (until you hit lvl 18 then it ebcomes raw stats only).
Also if wanting to carry, rabadon's deathcap is it viable on Elise? considering how much AP we have on the build we could maximise it even more.
