Quick timing in getting the guide up! (Less than 24 hours after the patch.) I just played my first Jinx 5.22 game, and decided on the Runaan's Hurricane first, to compensate for her slower rocket speed (though yes, damage should come first, not speed) ... however, with all bolts being able to crit, it was BOSS. I wonder if something is better than Infinity Edge, now that it's been nerfed? But then, it is cheaper now too. Hmmm. Thanks for the guide!
