but morellos will give cool down reductions which will let you pop out "E"'s like crazy and also reduce your ult by a significant ammount.

Pretty basic mage build, very similiar to a one my friend uses. I would personly switch Morellos to Abyssal scepter, gives you nice magic resistance, which gives you more survivability.
