I am Spiriter or ingame known as spiriter16 playing on EUW-servers and my rank is currently bronze 2.This is my guide for Mordekaiser, a champion which recently found out to be a completely underrated .Sorry for my may bad english in this guide i am from Germany and still only in the 9th grade so yeah ....

Runes are pretty standart i think.
You can also go movement speed quints but they are so expensive (2050 IP), so i dont own them :D.

For masteries i go mostely 18/12/0 with Deathfire's Touch but against matchups where i get mostly kited i take 12/18/0 masteries with Stormraiders.

Rylais is CORE! I would nerver play a game without that item because it synergies so well with you ult and since Mordekaiser has no CC or gapcloser it helps you stay on top of you target.

The item you should build mostly first is Hextech Gunblade. It gives you ap, ad, slow and livesteal which is pratically since your most spells costs some of your health.
