Dont be scared with trading him, Rammus is only useful against AD Champions.

Kha'Zix

Same like Rengar. His early is terrible. If he falls behind, it's hard for him, to get back. (As long as he has no feed)

Evelynn

Always carry a Pink ward with you, to place it. Evelyn's often gank bot and top, so try to counter gank her.

Kindred

You are more useful in teamfights. 1on1 could be a bit harder, cause of her E.

Lee Sin

A good Lee will invade you. He is pretty strong early, and will gank as often as he can. Try to counter gank him, or gank other lanes in the time he ganks a lane.

Fiddlesticks

Fiddle can be very strong. Just try to cancel his W/R or try to knock him back in teamfights, if he ulted.

Xin Zhao

Even

Xin can really be annoying for you. His early DMG is insane, so gank and feed your laners!

Vi

Major

Vi can cancel your E with her Q/R. You can cancel her Q with your E/R. but dont try to trade her on 1on1. She will shred you with her % DMG.

Riven

Major

High mobility, high burst. She can cancel your E with 2 skills . Ganking her is not easy, because she can dodge your E with everything. Try to peel her in teamfights.
