Your guide for Anivia is good but it doesn't go in details. When I read the summoners spells section I didn't got very convinced that I should take Heal. The movement speed that it gives you is for 1 second and this doesn't help you to chase down the enemies. You said you pick Heal because Anivia is fragile, but when Anivia buys Rod of Ages, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Liandry's Torment she is everything but fragile. Not to meantion Seraph's Embrace that shields her upon activation. If you are picking Heal only for the early game, when she doesn't have these items, it won't be good at all. Flash is a much better choice due to the fact that Anivia has no escape.
Hope you will consider evidencing your summoner spells in a better way.
