Introduction

Hi! This is my build for Draven. I just thought that I would let other people know and see if they would like it too! I probably won't go into details about my build, BUT I will explain why I have a Frozen Mallet. Please remember to vote and if you down vote let me know why! I would love to see where I made my mistake. Thank you!

P.S - This is my first build on this website so if what I say sounds stupid then OH WELL! Also idk how to put little icon thingy to show frozen mallet and what not's but i'll learn eventually if i make more builds!

Summoner Spells

Flash is a great spell for getting a kill or trying to escape a nasty gank. I recommened getting this with Draven

Ignite is a spell that comes in handy when trying to take down someone with alot of health regen. I recommend getting this with Draven

Exhaust is a decent spell and can come in handy when going one on one with another champion.

Heal, I personally do not recommend getting this, but can come in hand since it does more heal to yourself then any one else. You don't need it if you have support with decent healing tho.

Cleanse can come into play a lot of times it makes you basically immune to CC.

Skills

Wicked Blades
Draven's critical strikes deal 30 + (4 × level) bonus physical damage over 4 seconds. Spinning Axe also causes this effect even if it does not critically strike. This is his passive.

Spinning Axe
Draven's next attack will deal an extra 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85% of his attack damage as bonus damage. This axe will ricochet off the target high up into the air. If Draven catches it, he automatically readies another Spinning Axe. Draven can have two Spinning Axes at once.

Blood Rush
Draven gains 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% increased Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds and 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% Attack Speed for 3 seconds. The Movement Speed bonus decreases rapidly over its duration. Catching a Spinning Axe will refresh the cooldown of Blood Rush.

Stand Aside
Draven throws his axes and deals 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ .5 per bonus attack damage) physical damage by throwing his axes. Enemies hit are knocked aside and slowed by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 2 seconds.

Whirling Death
Draven hurls two massive axes dealing 175 / 275 / 375 (+ 1.1 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to each unit struck. Deals 8% less damage per unit hit, down to a minimum of 40%. This resets when Whirling Death changes direction. Whirling Death slowly reverses direction and returns to Draven after striking an enemy champion, or upon reactivation, or upon reaching the boundaries of the map.

Item options

Here is just a few other things you may want to switch out for the last item. Depending on what the situation you are in calls for.

and
Option build start if you guys prefer boots and health pots in the beginning.

This can come in handy when you are facing a team with a lot of armor.

This item is really good for a spell caster heavy team or CC teams. It gives good magic resist and HP. The shield that it cast will help a lot against a, let says Karthus ult.

If you want more crit and attack speed as well as movement speed I would recommend getting another one of these. They are perfect for the chase and the crit help you passive.

This is a good item if you are playing against a heavy AP team. It has decent magic resist and attack damage.

Another good item that you could trade out for. The revive come in handy if you really need it.

Why a Frozen Mallet?

So as most of you guys know Draven is an AD carry which means hes going to have to put out a lot of damage. Also BECAUSE he is an AD carry he will more than likely get focused a lot in team fight. Everyone should know the basic build for ANY AD carry. Which is what I have except for the Frozen Mallet. Which I will explain shortly. One of the down sides for my while playing Draven, was that I kept noticing my health just depleting faster than the O-zone layer. That was annoying the living hell out of me. Which explains why I have a Frozen Mallet. The Frozen Mallet allows me to slow down my enemies and take them down. It also allows me to have more sustain in team fights. We all know what that means when you have more sustain... A CHANCE FOR A PENTAKILL!!! k maybe not, but more chance to get kills! In the end a Frozen Mallet is essential for me and I think other players because Draven NEEDS that extra hp to survive fights. I think its a GREAT item to put in Draven.
