Build it self

• Your Runes are OK
• You can change his Masteries a bit Deadliness and Lethality to Butcher Demolitionist Havoc , because to my mind Wukong is a combo harass hero not a fighter.
• I don't really think that you should start with Cloth Armor , because you don't use it at all in your build, so start Boots of Speed insted , because after your combo you can easier run away not using Decoy
• Im a fan of The Brutalizer but i don't think that Youmuu's Ghostblade will benefit you , so i would advice to sell it later into the game.
• To my mind Infinity Edge isn't a good item for a bruiser. I would recomend to switch it on Force of Nature or some other def item like Frozen Mallet.
• Yeah i saw synergy of Youmuu's Ghostblade + Infinity Edge , because one gives Crit chance but other gives Crit damage, but if this is a "bruiser" guide then you better switch it on some tanky items.

Guide it self

• <3 the intro image. I just should point it out.
• Your guide doesnt looks beautiful. Sorry but it is true. Images aren't on the same lines as text's and you could really focuse on layout of your guide . Use more BB codes like the most basic one

• Your Masterie page is lacking. You could explain all the maseries and how Wu benefits from them.
• About Rune page , you should take down the count of rune like x9 or x3 , people know that you can't have 9 Quints :D
• Add information to your whole guide , it's lacking of information and details that are really important
• Mybe its just me but i don't really like your used moba -> masterie trees / item bars / rune bars (those collumns that you use in your rune and item section)
• I realllllllllly like the details of other top laners. I read few of them and i really think that they are worth reading.
• As you said your guide is a work in proggres.

In general

Build it self

• Masteries - I got few ideas about changing them -> Tought skin to 1x Resistance and 1x Hardiness , so it would benefit you more for trading.
• Like your runes , but i would advice to add one Greater Quintessence of Health. It will synergy with Durability and Veteran's Scars .
• Your build is really farm dependent , but if there is situation that you can't manage to get farm ? or like 2v1 lane where your farm and EXP gain is denied ?
• I saw Randuin's Omen so advice to take hearth of gold a bit later , after boots so you would benefit from it, Also it will help in situation above.
• It just me but i prefer Riven as a sustainable high damage dealer that can hold in all fights.
  

Guide it self

• I like the style of your guide. But to my mind you could improve it by adding one color, with that one color you could highlight some important parts , it will make text easier 2 read and readers will just see highlighted words and find all they need faster
• In masterie page i would sugest to take off that MOBA collumn of masteries as it's useless if you use images from LoL Launcher.
• I like the style of Summoner spells , since i use same style ^^
• Love your combo list, they are really helpfull for newbies
• Also Love your item section its really detailed and well-written
• But i really advice to make a build with Tanky Riven
• Im just sooooo jelouse about your Lane Matchup section best one that i have seen so far.
• And the last , but no least the jungle section is just AWESOME i really enjoy jungle riven since her ganks are OP.

In general

Your build is really good and guide is detailed , you can expand it and make the layout better.

I am more used to bruiser riven but your build might work to ( ill give it a try)

Build it self

• I would advice to switch Greater Seal of Attack Speed -> Greater Seal of Armor , because as a solo top you will need more survability then damage.
• Have you considered Wriggle's Lantern as a starting item ? it will be great for early game, sustain / damage / free ward . It's a great item for Fiora
• As i hyrid often i see a balance between AP and AD but here its AD and HP , right? if thats true than i would advice to switch your build . I would offer you to switch Phantom Dancer to Warmog's Armor and infinty edge to Atma's Impaler. It will make you really tanky and deal so much damage.
• Umm you have 3 points in W and 7 in E have you noticed it ?
• Also i would offer to switch 1x Resistance to 1x Veteran's Scars . Usualy you don't see ap chars mid , but extra 30 hp early will be helping.

• Mm there is no guide. YOU MUST WORK ON IT. on moba you don't make build you make GUIDES + BUILDS.

In general

Build 1

• I kinda use similar build , but only i rush blood thirster and then x2 Zeal so i would have extra early damage / farming / sustain.
• Also im really not a big fan of Attack speed Glyphs and Seals , i would advice standart ones -> Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist and Greater Mark of Armor.
• Masteries are pretty decent

Build 2

• What do you think at starting with like 3x Doran's Ring it will give you early HP / AP and Mana regen.
• Also befor rushing Rabadon's Deathcap take a Sheen , since you can't 1 shot people so take it and you mybe could do it.
• To my mind you could replace Zhonya's Hourglass] with [[lich bane , as you will have enought survability from your Cannibalism , in a team fight it will heal you .
• How about replace Deathfire Grasp with Guardian Angel , because you will be really squshey and it will be needed 2 you.
• Thing with Cannibalism to my mind you shouldn't take it at level 6 because you won't benfeit from it insted take one more level of Death's Caress
• Runes and masteries are OK

Build 3

• Yeah it's pretty much same as your 1.st build.
• But as a tanky ou could rush Death's Caress insted of Enrage because you are a tank.

Build 4

• To my mind you could replace Greater Quintessence of Life Steal with Greater Quintessence of Desolation , because 6% lifesteal wont really be needed.
• Also i would sugest to take blood thirster before infity edge , becasuse with your ult and lantern you will be unkillable.
• Masteries are pretty OK

Guide it self

• You should add more visual material like Pictures / Vidos. And just delet those random colored texts as it only messes with reading and you can't concetrate. I would suggest to take 1 color and highlight all the main words
• Pros&Cons - Take off those spaaaaaaaace, page looks unbalanced.
• Edit your masterie page, you can check out other guides and "borrow" some ideas.
• I would also add some Tips&tricks to your "Skill Sequence" and "Ability Explanation"
