I don't like this guide because I tried this, the ganks aren't that great, miss your Rocket Grab and your chances of killing the enemy is severely reduced. And you also made a mistake in the runes section, as Greater Seal of Replenishment gives mana regeneration, not armor, Greater Seal of Armor gives that.. You should also replace Boots of Mobility in late game with Mercury's Treads. And in optional items Boots of Swiftness, because if you land your Rocket Grab then you will attract minion aggro, and when you have Boots of Swiftness you will still be fast for the chase. Other than that~Nice Blitzcrank Guide. Although I still think that junglers like Lee Sin or Shaco are better.
PS: You also made a typo in the Deleted Summoner Spells section, you typed ''I don't now why'' but it should be ''I don't know why'', this typo was made at Fortify

Pretty good! Although your masteries are foolish. You should have 2 points in indomitable rather the MR. You should have a point in the offensive page's summoner skill bonus (for ghost).

As for items, you don't need to get wriggles (you don't gain much, apart from slightly faster jungler, but you're put behind 1600 which is a lot) Rather, just go straight to your regular items. Also, you might want a manamune for the mana-bonus as it scales with his passive, and gives plenty of AD.

Instead of a FoN, you might want a GA instead.
