Hi.This is a quick guide to a mixed damage solotop teemo.If you are looking about ap mid teemo.I am Eiriu, a player who mostly plays normal and has abandoned solo que.I play toplane and mid lane mostly.This is how I approach Teemo as a solotop
Runes and Masteries
My runes focus around early game damage which however falls off later in the game.My style of play is focused around winning the laning phase though and with those runes I am allowed to start punishing my rival at top from level one.The masteries are 21-9-0 focusing on almost the the damage increase in offense and taking reduced minion damage and bonus armor in the defence tree as minions often play a great role in top duels
Maxing Toxic shot first offers a mixed hit tha also leaves the enemy poisoned dealing minor damage per second.This damage however adds up and by level three it is propably as much as 33 percent of your total damage.W can be leveled second if you need the extra movement against someone like yorick but mostly its better for your damage to take q and max it by level 13.As with most ultimate I level it at 6-11-16.
My items focus on locking down an individual targets and then deal as much on hit effect as possible without putting my life on danger.Wits end adds magic resist per hit while frozen mallet slows them.Rageblade gives as and ap per hit or spell,pretty standar.Bloodrazor is a personal choice since in the current Meta-game everyone builds health.Later sell The dorans items to make room for other stuff.
For summoner spells I take Flash and Ignite to secure kills and escape sticky situations.Pretty standar

Deals mixed damage
Counter to most top champs
Noxious trap can act as lesser wards
Has stealth to his kit via passive
Has great Early game
HArd to be targeted due to being so small -.-
Falls off late game unless fed
Doesn't work as a tank as most tops do
Somewhat item dependant
His blind and his stealth are both some really nice mechanics that are perfect.Stealth allows him to do nasty tricks while also providing him with 40percent as when he leaves stealth
His blind is the bane of the ad carries.Nuff said
Teemo can set his team well by doing a minefield with noxious traps.Since they slow it allows his tankier jungler to initiate on the enemies.His main job at team fight is to blind the enemy bruiser so as to peel them off your carry or to assasinate the enemy carry using blinding dart.
Teemo can Last hit well due to his on hit effect and his toxic shot.His ultimate does for a good wave clearing machine later in the game
Teemo is a counter to most olotops without being a tank himself.He uses mixed damage and cuteness in order to decimate foes.He is a small machine that brings hatred to his adversaries.
