With this build, Evelyn is used as a melee nuke, also with a strong sustained DPS. You will probably want a lane partner so that you can rack up the kills. It is also effective as a solo mid build. It might take some getting used to, considering you don't have lifesteal early unless you get kills. You need to at least be in most of the fights and get that crucial health bonus. If the other team buys an oracle to counter you try to get a lane switch, or at least stay away from them. This build excels at the gank, considering you can almost kill a squishy all within that stun you get from invisibility.

I have found it very difficult to lane as eve. She needs so much. More life, lifesteal, and damage. This can be found in the amazing item known as the "Doran's Blade." After you either get first blood or lane for a bit go back for your first "Longsword." This takes your damage up considerably. When you get some more kills or get a lot of minion kills, go back and get boots. If you have enough grab the "Brutalizer" too. If not just get the second "longsword." After you get the "Brutalizer" go back and grab the "Mercury's Treads" and head off to lane. If the other team is over extended anywhere go out and kill them. You might be surprised how much damage you do in such a shot time. As soon as you have the gold go back and buy the "Yoummu's Ghostblade." Once you have that and your ultimate you can do some massive to any champions, or if your team needs it towers. Sheen is the next item on the list. With the damage you have right now and the ability of "Hate Spikes" to be spammed every 0.8 seconds "Sheen" is a great item. Next you would like to grab the B.F. Sword that builds into the "Black Cleaver." With the new way this item works its even better on Eve. Now you can pull off the entire armour debuff while you have them stunned. After that grab your "Bloodthirster." This gives you that crucial lifesteal and damage you need. If you feel you could even grab the "Vampiric Scepter" before the "Black Cleaver," if you please. Now here comes your choice. Would you like the "Infinity Edge," or the "Trinity Force." Both are great items on Eve, it is just your preference on which matters more.
