This is meant as a support role. This build is for people who are good at CC and guerrilla warfare tactics. Stick n move kids, stick n move, so I only recommend it if you have some high damage players along your side. Essentially you want to be able to get in CC an enemy group and get out with health so you can let your spells CD and pop back in. During the lower levels CC for your AD or AP characters, and then heal them while they take advantage of your CC, while healing yourself and your minions. It is important to disrupt the last kills of your enemies, as well, so remember that a well timed heal can keep you up in gold.
