Introduction



This is my first build I have ever made for a Champion. I have played a wide arrange of AP Carries but Malzahar is one of my favorite. I enjoy his kit very much, he deals a decent amount of damage early game and is able to poke and sustain his lane decently.

Farming is relatively easy as well. I really hope you find this build helpful, I am not claiming to be a pro nor will I ever be. I simply like to help people out,I really hope you all find my guide helpful.

I am also aware on how many guides are made and such but considering I am new at this I will need some constructive criticism. ( I will be updating it everyday until it is finished!)

Pros / Cons



There are a lot of different Pros and cons with Malzahr. Some which work toward some great wins others that can sometimes leave you in an utter defeat.

Pros:
[*] He is very good at farming creeps early game.
[*] A lot of damage early game
[*] Able to out poke a lot(Not all)AP mids

Cons:
[*] Low mana early game
[*] Very dodge-able attacks
[*] Can click off his ult
[*] Very squishy early game.

Summoner Spells


For Summoner spells I like to use Clarity and Flash.


Clarity- for early game combos. (Because the Q -> W -> E Combo takes a lot of mana)

Flash. - I use it to A close gaps for quick silences and DoTs or B get away hehe

Runes


I feel that the runes that I chose really help a lot with early game/mid as well as late game.

Greater Mark of Insight - Will allow you to have a decent amount of early game damage and help with those pesky carries with magic resist.

Greater Glyph of Force - Supplies you with early AP and will eventually give you more than flat AP runes.

Greater Seal of Clarity - Gives you more mana regeneration then flat regen seals do.

Greater Quintessence of Potency - Even more AP and will give you an early game advantage!
