Yes actually when I play on smurf I usually stack a few armor runes to tank the jungle. The item pathing is not that good (makes you want to get wriggles more). Sustain and flexability don't come so easy like that but you can jungle that way.

Great guide, I always loved twitch but once I started playing draft/ranked games, He just wasnt good enough to be an ad carry bot or a solo top. Iv always thought about jungling twitch but I wasnt too sure how to build him. This guide helped a lot thanks!

I've been utilizing NinjaGinge's guide for mid for the time it will take to get to level 30 as well as acquire the amount of IP needed to purchase the runes for jungling Twitch. I do have a question though: is sacrificing armor for attack speed between the jungle and assassin builds have any difference for the effectiveness of clearing the jungle creeps? My problem is not having enough health/armor to be able to clear the next camp. Maybe a hybrid of the two such as attack speed marks and glyphs and armor yellows? Maybe armor penetration/attack damage marks, attack speed seals, and armor glyphs? Of course, all of these are in conjunction with vampirism quintessences.

It may not seem like it with the armor missing but the "assassin" build is much better at clearing jungle. There is a point on scaling where Twitch just blows though the jungle and armor doesn't really help to achieve this as good as attack speed.

You also have to take into mind that you can attack mobs as a ranged character without them hitting you. If you Frankenstein something that works for you up that's cool because a lot about jungle twitch is your playstyle but these 2 paths are a pretty good start. They work, I know that.

Congrats, Phenoix, they buffed Twitch! How are you liking the new changes? Also, before I go start buying all the runes I need, are there any tweaks to the assassin build due to these new changes?

I'm always the type of person who waits til final version of things before I start figuring it out. I personally think Twitch was fine just people never got him down. The base stats buff gots me excited of all things though. I think cask is a nerf, expunge slight buff but expunge scaling generally not very good to begin with (ap twitch wtf). Ambush sounds like nerf also. Maybe this just comes with playing Twitch so much and being accustomed to what he is but I'm willing to greenlight the changes.

Expunge will now scale with AD, though, which I thought was huge. Plus it won't erase your stacks. The major bonus of jungle twitch is being able to invade lanes even when they are warding. I definitely feel the new Ambush will hurt that.

Yeah I understand it scales with ad, just saying that the current model for scaling on it was awful (scales only once). It gives little incentive to do more than one stack before expunge. After tinkering with it though it seems they have addressed this problem however I'll say it again I do not like taking beta seriously.

i came here to pay my respects to twitch for he will be dead soon for i have been to the PBE server and i bring news for all twitch lovers out there he is getting a huge nerf on all his abilities i'll start with the worst ambush now gives you 3 seconds stealth at level 1 adding 1 second for each level bad right? the movespeed is 20% that's it the attack speed is the same except that it lasts for 3 second do lv 1 red buff with that i dare you. his w is now in one area rather than to anyone with stacks on them i'm not horrified by this. but i come to expunge the so called buff has reduced the base damage so much you wont notice that extra ad scaling the not removing the stacks is nice but doesn't make up for it. his improved ult (sarcasm intended) does down to 40% reduced damage after hitting multiple targets so you know the multikills we all loved they have gone never to be seen again. RIP twitch we shall miss you

I would like to once again remind people that it is still beta and should not be taken too seriously. I have done jungled with the ambush nerfs it's harder but still possible.
