Intro
First off let me explain the advantages of this build compared to the standard manamune build. Manamune is great for blitz, don't get me wrong.. but this build offers more damage earlier and it only snowballs from there, which I will explain shortly.
The reason why rushing trinity force is normally nonviable is that #1 mana problems, #2 survivability. This build solves all that and offers a new view on late game blitz.
PHIL STONE, awesome awesome item and it's what makes this build possible. #1 it fixes the mana problems associated with not having tears of goddess (early/mid game) #2 health regen allows you to farm w/o worrying too much about harass #3 gold!!! obviously accelerates the build.
Sheen, the core of any great blitz build. Once you get this your pull pop ult combo will b devastating.
At this point, you WILL need glacial shroud mostly for the mana and survivability, and sure the cooldown helps too. You may start with the mana crystal, armor or even the boots depending on the situation. With the way that I set my runes/masteries and skill order, I find that boots can usually wait till the shroud is completed.
Boots of swiftness can be a great item on blitz.. there is almost no one who can get away from than blitz with it.. however, I believe that merc treads are a much better option for this build. This is mostly b/c you don't need swiftness if you set your masteries/runes/skill order as stated and the merc treads are a great source of cheap magic resist and believe me, the added tenacity works great with this build especially since you would be vulnerable midgame without it.
When finishing up your tri force, I almost always go with the phage first for survivability and the slow, but the zeal is viable if you need the speed and are planning to push towers.
Once you get tri force, you will b beast and all that's left is to beef up with warmogs. Combo that with atmas and you will b criting for over 700 with 4500 health and still have one more item of your choice.
My recommendation at this point guardian angel would be a good option so that you will be damn well near unstoppable and having that one last person holdng down the fort can mean the difference between a win and a loss. However, depending on the circumstances, you may want a force of nature for the mr and speed or if you aren't the focus in team fights you may want to go infinity edge.
I also want to point out that you may feel free to finish the frozen heart at any point, but I almost never do (situational) until I at least have the trinity force done.

This isn't a manamune build so unfortunately you shouldn't spam as much. However, if you use your abilities wisely you should have more than enough mana with the shround.
Farm early and don't worry about the harass. Go back to get the phil stone as soon as you hit level 3 and don't sell it until you can get your warmogs b/c you will need the mana regen and the extra gold helps.
