This is a nice build, explaining a lot of things most guides don't and going in-depth on some of the important details in my opinon. I would just like to say that an explanation of the skilling order and some optional items would put the finishing touches on this guide. Good job and +1 If you felt that my comment helped, +rep me.

A good detailed build for LeBlanc, you did consider that she's a mana-hungry champ and built after that. I do recommend swapping out 3 points of  Swiftness
for
 Meditation
because she has a blink. Other than that I will be using this build in the future.Also, feel free to check out my build by clicking my signature.
