The first guide is for beginners. Helps with their hp and mana. Second one is for more experienced players. I'll add Syndra soon too.

I think your guide has some problems with the cheat sheet so I cant upvote it yet:

1. You still need some defense for the enemy APC, going with Greater Glyph of Magic Resist would be better. Fizzs auto attacks can hurt a lot with Lich Bane, so I would recommend greater mark of hybrid penetration instead of only m pen.

2. Only one Starting Items, you should add more, like Doran's Ring for more damage, Doran's Shield when laning against poke champions and some people like Crystalline Flask

3. I don't think Rod of Ages is an item for Fizz, I've never seen a Fizz build it and I went check other Fizz's guide and none of them mention Rod of Ages, Fizz is very slippery so I don't think you need to build health. On your first recall you won't have money to buy all of the items you showed, so I would suggest. - - or another

4. Archangel's Staff as main build? I don't think so. Nashor's Tooth is a no as well, Fizz has a strong AA, but that doesn't mean his main damage font is AA, he doesn't benefit that much from attack speed, so there are better items. And I think you should get Void Staff in basically every game since people will just build a lot of MR against you. I wouldn't mention Hextech Gunblade, Morellonomicon and Rylai's Crystal Scepter as well, they aren't the best choices for Fizz.

How I would do my main build in order of purchase > - - - and 2 situationals, which can be - - - - and etc.

5. For your masteries, utility tree, Strength of Spirit isn't good because you shouldn't build mana like Ryze and Vampirism won't make a difference at all, the good masteries that I recommend are Fleet of Foot, Alchemist and Culinary Master .

6. Very few information on Fizz's matchups. Syndra is very easy for him as well and there are other main champions that I don't see you talking about.

7. You really do MUST talk about your masteries, items and summoner spells more in-depth on your guide and explain them, I really think there's too little content on your guide.

Do you mean improve it? First I think you should finish it and do what we said, turn on the Comment2Vote option and archive it, there are still lots of things to cover like summoner spells, runes, masteries, his combo, what to do early mid and late game and etc. When you're finished people will come and leave some suggestions, but for now there isn't much to say, looks good and promising, but you have to finish it first.
