Your items and runes should be very familiar to Cho players for the most part. Lich Bane was a nice addition (especially ms+) and you are right about mana problems when maxing scream first. I always found it uncomfortable that my best cc was also my most damaging ability. I like the idea of making a distinction and reserving scream as cc. I would make it clear that this isn't meant to be a support build or you'll have people complaining about the absence of heart or phil stone. My only real criticism is that I prefer the spelling "nomnomnom" to "numnumnum" and there need to be more Gentleman Cho quotes. |

I like it. It is a great start. So +1 for your efforts. Tips: - I feel that you should add more detailed sections. - I see you use colored text which is fine but try not to use TOO MUCH as it will eventually become hard to look at and read. - Look at Jhoijhoi's Guide to Making a Guide if you have not already for helpful tips including how to get your mastery sequence and ability sequence to show up in the sections.
