- If you don't have crit chance remove Frenzy and Lethality .
- I'd recommend always starting with a ward unless the enemy is a post-6 strong ganker( Vi, shyvanna, Warwick). Some examples are Rejuvenation Bead, ward and potions, Cloth Armor, 3 health pots(wait in the fountain) and a ward. If the enemy is a post-6 ganker, you should take stronger items to start with(so you can make an early firstblood) for instance Doran's Shield or Doran's Blade.
- I recommend taking Dark Flight at level 2 because constantly hitting your enemy at level 1 with Blood Price will make them low therefore you will be level 2 before him. In that case ready your third autoattack, Dark Flight to him and starting cutting at him(most probably you will get firstblood).
- I recommend taking lifesteal quints for the extra sustain because Aatrox consumes his own health to deal damage so the sustain it gives is great.
Finally, regarding some recent playtesting from FiveWord50 last night, we are going to change the skilling order to Blades of Torment first. I watched your video. I've also watched other matches where Aatrox takes first blood, then plays defensive for a while until he has enough levels and level advantage to get another kill. Following that, all out aggression, is, I agree, the way to go. With the exception of turret diving at low health (meaning <400)without Blood Well of course.

Lastly, if the guide is not DONE then don't post it because people like me thought those were your last edits and it was really incomplete and has some wrong informations. I already told you maxing Blades of Torment is better but you won't listen(putting first point in W is good however maxing it is bad in most cases), but even so maxing W when you are winning your lane is viable but when you lose it, you should max your Blades of Torment so you can farm from a safe distance.
If your going to make a negative comment (And I do note that you downvoted as well), then at least read the guide first. I notice you recommended Bork and Zephyr, which are both already in the build. We originally had Ravenous Hydra but removed it, and are now considering putting it back. Additionally, if you were looking at my profile, you may have noticed I'm in Bronze and have lots of work to do (yes, mainly with my farming). But that doesn't mean I can't write a good guide or make a good build. The heal on Blood Thirst, by the way, is not based on how much damage you do but the fact that you make contact 3 times. Also, while Blades of Torment is a good skill for its magic damage and push ability, Aatrox (even at high levels) is played more defensively early, meaning that early points in it don't help to much anyways. Therefore, relying on Blood Thirst is not necessarily a bad idea. You may have noticed some recent pro matches where it was leveled first. Also, early points in Blood Price help with picking up kills that Blades of Torment can't always catch. On the other hand, FiveWord and I will begin some playtesting and take your advice into account. I like the idea of Randuin's Omen, following a playtest, and will consult FiveWord50 as to adding it in.
I can only play on the weekends, so as of right now I'm not able to practice too much, however, on the weekends I plan on practicing a lot with Aatrox, working on being more defensive early as my main fault is taking first blood and then being overly cocky and dying a lot.
Finally, the guide is not done, and we've barely started the chapter about laning against specific opponents. You may or may not have noticed, but Jax and Nasus are just about the hardest counters to Aatrox. Now I understand the skill over counter concept, but even then, using wither as an example is a bad idea. In future, use examples from champions that Aatrox should be beating. I notice you are in Gold IV, so I'm taking extra care to look into your advice. Pending the requested changes, please invite friends to check out the guide. I appreciate the effort you put into your comment.

First of all, in order to write a guide you need to have succes with that champion. Checking your match history on 4th of September 2013 I see you get carried and each game you have a really low farm which brings me to the second point, learn the basics of the game AKA farming. If you don't know how to farm I question your overall knowledge.
Second of all, you should max Blades of Torment because, relying on your W is bad because your W can get countered by a Wither easily and it deals physical damage(people naturally build armor against Aatrox) but your Blades of Torment deal magical damage and it helps you push lanes faster.
Third of all, building those defensive items is just.. while Spirit Visage is extremely good, I'd recommend Randuin's Omen as a second item because you build no ARMOR therefore an ADC can easily kill you.
Forth but not least, try building Blade of the Ruined King, defensive items, Zephyr(those two give you enough AS) so you should focus on DAMAGE NOW considering either Ravenous Hydra or Bloodthirster so if not building crit strike you should reconsider your masteries.
This guide is for Aatrox
