While this guide is "out-dated" I found it to be very useful and found I win more games AP MF and carry the team more then AD MF, the stacking impure shots and a 2.3 AS make swiss cheese out of everyone. My item build is close to what you use as it makes sense however I change a bit up when needed.

AP/AS+ IP= everyone dies.
Personally talking from others people really underestimate impure shots as the damage does stack, add some MP in and its so OP I do not understand why people just don't go this route. Also my team mates seem to never have a issue, I just tell them after game that I am AP or when I get the OMG AP MF LAWL NOOB and then I try harder get more kills/assists/less deaths then that other player.

Good guide... just bringing some feedback from personal experience. She is viable in ranked,I've used her AP support with the bot lane and it works really well. (Start with Philosopher's stone and then lucky pick etc...). I didn't have the greatest score ever, but its still funny to watch the other team at the beginning saying gg, noob team with 2 ad carries, and then getting unexpected butt sex.

I like AP Miss Fortune and also played her on AP before. Never tought about Sourge before, but it appears to be great on MF. You may also add / try some hybrid items on MF like Gunblade, since her ability scales insanely with hybrid items. +1

That's an interesting build because I was looking for some more speed from MF, and that build contains speed and AP instead of AD. I've played some good games with that build and I'll continue to use it! Thanks!
