lol sir alright, you're free to share your opinion (opinion means what you think is better) i actually have tried this build and most kill ive had was 22 in normal game, ill start playing him with this build and put the proof, I dont know why or how but this builds actually works for me btw -1 doesnt make me sad or less than you, i'll keep playing with this and keep winning with this, so go ahead create 5 acc and downvote -0 Fks given-

Well, let me start:
- Wrong masteries.
- Why not lifesteal quints?
- Frozen Mallet, you consider it defensive because it gives you more health? Most AD carries have Blade of the Ruined King so your extra HP is nothing. Maw of Malmortius and Mercurial Scimitar are both against AP champions and better than both is Spirit Visage. -> You don't really build any defensive items and Aatrox is really squishy so in teamfights you will be 0.
- Correct max order is R-E-W-Q. Maxing Q is questionable since E does more damage and has a slow that increases it's duration if you max it. Then W is maxed second for the great heal and the huge amount of extra damage. Q is just a gap-closer similar to Shen's E(both are gap-closers and if they hit the enemy, he is CC'd). No human being maxes E on Shen, right?
- Not only your defensive, but as whole your items are wrong:
Starting:
- Long Sword + 2XHP pot -> Gives you the damage but no real sustain so after using those two pots you will be killing yourself plus that you have no wards meaning you are open for any kind of ganks once you use your Q.
- Boots + 4xHP pot-> You will move faster which isn't that important unless you are against a Jax(still not that important) and you still have no wards and you are vulnerable to ganks.
Consider buying a Doran's Blade if you plan on keeping your Q till someone shows up or Rejuvenation Bead, pots and a ward which is in my opinion the best start.
After your first damage item(BotRK or Ravenous Hydra) you should start building two defensive items for instance Randuin's Omen and Spirit Visage then build other offensive items.
- You don't talk about splitpushing which is one of Aatrox's main goals. Blades of Torment and your W(damage form) with a Ravenous Hydra make you push really fast and Massacre makes you shred towers really fast.
