you might want to get more damage in the start... but attack speed is very important when she charm the enemy, to get in many attacks in the 2 sec the enemy is charmed.

max charm first so you can get in many autoattacks and do as much damage as you can.
use ulti to come close the enemy and do the ulti damage + charm and W... then they "WILL" run away from you... so save 2 ulti jumps i case they have flash or is faster then you.
