Introduction

Garen is a melee fighter. I play him as an AD/AS champion, he is very powerful like that.
Not that I say he is a stupid tank... He's good at tanking too, but when Garen is an AD/AS, he can just activate Judgement and deal 400 damage.

Jungling

He is not a very good jungler (by my thoughts).
TIP:
Use Judgement and shield yourself with Courage when you think someone is in a bush and you want to check inside when you are in jungle.

Team Fights

When it comes to team fights, your combo would PROBABLY be like this:
1. Decisive Strike
2. Judgement
3. Basic Attacks...
4. Demacian Justice (if somebody is on low health)
... and so on.
But it should go:
1. Courage
2. Judgement
3. Decisive Strike
4. Demacian Justice (if somebody is on low health)
... and so on.
