Well... i've been playing Ezreal quite a lot and i think all the AD here are no as good as it can be so i decided to make, for me, the best guide i think.
This guide is specially designed to use in the middle lane but it also works sharing lane with another champ, So here it comes.

Ok, this is so simple star picking Sapphire Crystal up to make Sheen after, u should get Mercury's Threads to increase your survavility if the enemy team dont have so much stuns another good choice is picking Boots of Swiftness. After building Sword of the Occult u should focus on Trinity Force it's the core item of all the build after this, the game should be at his dawn but if it goes on u should pick The Bloodthirster and the Hextech Gunblade.

The objective of AD Ez is to spoil your target with Mystic Shot till u can finish it with your Trueshot Barrage so the priorities would be Mystic shot > Arcane Shift > Essence Flux and then Trueshot Barrage

I think the best Summoner Spells for AD Ez are Exhaust and Ignite but another good alternatives are changing Ghost or Flash instead of Ignite
