This is my guide for playing Fizz like a baus.
I have recently played Fizz alot, and thought I would write a guide. This is my first.
"Why AD Fizz, when his spells get better with AP?" Many people ask.
Well, my answer is that Fizz' spells are overpowered for an Attack Damage champion. He can dash towards an enemy, put a dot, even reduce the healing on them, become invulnerable and he have a slow+knock up. Many player underestimate Fizz because they think he only got burst damage, but no. Not AD Fizz.

* Awesome catching-up spells
* Can become untargetable
* Tanky
* He have a shark

Cons
* A bit mana thirsty
* Need cooldown

For runes, I get armor pen reds (why not?), armor yellow, since most top lane players are ad, and if they don't they will probably have an AD jungler. Cooldown blue, since Fizz becomes and awesome AD fighter because of his spells, and cooldown quints, for the same reason.

For masteries, I go 22, 1, 7. Not taking the more standard AD page, I go for cooldown and bagic pen instead. Why not AD/lvl and crit damage? Because, I rather have cooldown and magic pen, since you will not get much crit from this build, but more rely on your spells and mobility.

For items, I begin with boots and three health pots. I have tried beginning with items like HP reg, dorans blade and so on, but found out that I have most use of boots in early game. If your enemy don't bring boots, you will have an first blood.
When I go back for the first time, I usually get one or two Droan's Blade. If I'm fed early, I usually buy one Doran's and buy Sheen. Build you way up to Atmogs, and then finish your Trinity Force. Here I only see two items I like, Frozen Mallet and Bloodthirster.

When you initiate, people will probably shoot something at you, so you should pop E twice to start with. Try hit your enemy between every spell to take advantage of your sheen. Pop W, then Q. If you are too far away for your Q, pop your ultimate to slow them. Else pop Q, and then use your ultimate to slow and knock them up.

Fizz is OP.
