That´s my first build. I hope u give me a chance to prove my own experiences. I don´t know how insert any links, so please don´t be too harsh.

This build is not a Jungle or Off-tank build. You can compare it with a Tryndamere or Xin Zhao build. You will dominate a 1 vs 2 lane easily and maybe get a kill, if u are patient enough.

You need some skill for the q spell but the rest is nice and handy.

Pros
- awesome harasser
- dominating 1 vs 2 lane
- dominating one on one
- nuker
- pretty good ganker
- good escape mechanisms with w spell and flash
- save mates with your ulti
- can carry a whole team

Cons
- squishy
- dies fast if focused
- skill shots

I´m going for Sonic wave first, after that one point in your w spell to heal yourself and escape from dangerous situations.
After that again sonic wave and Tempest/cripple to harras your enemy like hell.
You can go for your heal if it´s necessary but normally it´s enough.
Max Sonic wave first, because it´s your biggest damage dealer after your ulti.

The Items are classic AD based. If u don´t like stacking items u can buy an Infinity edge or maybe a frozen mallet for more health and slow.
The guardian is just for the end of the game, but most of the time u won´t need it.

Flash is a must have for every champ.
Exhaust or Ignite are my second choice. You can take the spell you are more comfortable with.
Ignite is just for last hitting a champion or getting first blood.
Exhaust is better if your enemy is an heavy AD champ and for the end of the game.
