Thanks for the guide. I have been having a blast using this. Took me a bit to get used to it but wrecking some face now. Would like to see an update to the new masteries. Im using 21/6/3 atm and I haven't bought the health runes yet. I have just been getting by with armour yellows. Strange I know but I have been finding myself with a wad of cash at the end of the game even after buying a trinity and upgrading to youmous. Any suggestion for a sell/big purchase at the endgame? Maybe sell Aegis, buy nerfed Gunblade?

Nice guide, you could make the guide longer and fix the masteries aswell :)

Even IF youre going AD dont take on a RANGED champion, because the passive will be longer with every melee attack and AP malzahar would own you

Mhm, I guess you can`t play malzahar as ad he don`t makes much normal damage and he has to spamm his skills before his voidling is there. So i think it`s not a good way to play Malzahr.
