This build is meant for jungling, but you could lane with it just switch up the beginning items and swap your summoner spells for more lane-appropriate ones.

The main reason i wanted to make this build is to emphasize that building a last whisper is monumentally better than stacking more and more ap. try it out for yourself, you'll see the difference. the only people who can really stop you are the ones with the thornmails.
