Theres also not very many lanes he will win as AD, he cant really go mid without getting demolished so really the only place to stick AD Sion is top and someone like Riven or Renek will both out sustain him and out damage him at early levels and then pull ahead even further in lategame in the case of Riven and some others. The first thing I noticed is that you have Cryptic Gaze at lvl 6 and Cannibalism at lvl 2. Fail. The second thing is that if you are going to go AD Sion, then you will want to get a vampiric scepter before your B.F. Sword. If not that, then get different Quints. Get the life steal Quints if you are going to do that. Also, I know that his Enrage gives him more hp making him tanky, but you have no armor or magic resist what so ever making you very vulnerable. I know that you can use your life steal to gain your life back but if you are stunned you will be the first one focused down and be dead in 1 second. I think that instead of getting a Black Cleaver to end the build, instead get a Hextech Gunblade but get it earlier game.
