good that you didn't vote kota but the people that vote down without trying should ban themselves from ever playing the game again.

while my ad/ezona build is way different than this build AD sona/ezona has it's advantages,
-people don't expect it so they stack AP def and you still burst them for 1/3 their health puts them in trouble fast
-unless you have 500+ AP "which is usually endgame" you don't notice the extra AP in the healing/ burst Q damage anyways so why not make your autoattack do as much damage as a single Q since autoattack has no CD anyways
-for next to no health sona has amazing survivability as long as the other team has no stun, why not add a frozen mallet to your retreat by the time you get back to you turret you've almost killed the guy who was chasing you

+rep tp Spiteonyou. Ive been playing AD Sona for like 2-3 weeks now. it is still viable and useful. Like mentionned above, people will expect AP coming out of Sona, that being said, the AD build has to be hidden. in my case, i complete my chalice, step1 boots, then work a philosophers stone which i convert to an Elsira's miracle later on. the 1st thing i get showing AD is a zeal, which i convert to Trinity Force asap, after that, frozen mallet but at thaty time its too late for your opponent to realize whats going on.. your Staccato's will hurt. and you E-Staccato will slow down + the procs of TF + frozen mallet... to me, this is 10x more support than AP sona since the heal has been nerfed even with an AD build i see very little difference in the heal provided by W

well, i suppose this is a decent guide, but i don't know why you'd play AD Sona over any other ad carry
so i'm not voting here, sorry

that one person who down voted hasn't tried this, it's highly viable for solo que and pretty fun

the reason why you play AD Sona over another carry is because other AD carries do not support your team while they do their roll. They do not heal, speedup, give armor and MR to your team. Also no True AD carry has a AoE hard CC like Sona, you can easily finish people off with her ultimate and get a few more brust pokes off.
