Well with this build at 18 I will be doing 1500 damage a second.
The stun lasts for 2 seconds so that is 3000 damage at least not including the statik shiv buff.
I also would be getting 425 health back a second.
I also have the drain of Blade of the Ruined King so if they hurt I can basic them till I get their health to about half Pick A Card Blade of the Ruined King and finish them off.

Personally I think it's ok for your first guide, but you need to keep in mind that you need to discuss why you chose things. Give an introduction to why you chose AD Twisted Fate instead of the normal AP Twisted Fate. And instead of showing the full build, go from your starting items to what you build during an average game. Include things that you only buy during certain situations and explain why you choose those items. Here's how the average guide goes: Introduction -> Pros/Cons -> Matchups/Counters -> Skills -> (-> Combos if any ->) Runes -> Masteries -> Items of Situation -> Laning. Explain in each set why you chose those things for your build as well.
*As a side note, do not go 100% Crit Chance on any champion. It's not that strong. I would go below 100% crit and have more AD. It can prove to change a game*
