If their jungler have red or something can slow or stun you, you need to use DAZZLE on him, but if your enemy in top is Jax, Irelia or Darius u need to use DAZZLE on your enemy, u can save from the jungler using flash or if he is low healt u can kill him and ur top enemy can't kill becouse u have IMBUE

If u can secure a kill for your team without killing yourself u can use FLASH and stun your opponent with DAZZLE

You can usefor quintences of movement speed if u want to be more fast

you obviously need to buy potions of manaor don't need healt potion becouse u can use IMBUE to heal urself and you need to buy some wards to don't be ganked
