Stay behind your teammates and auto atack the closest enemy you find, does not matter if he is a tank or not.
Just use your W if the enemy is on low health, same with your R.

Farming

Tristana has a really good lane phase because of her E's passive. Just try not to die and if you got a good support kill the enemy and don't let them get any xp or gold.
