I have tested this build with no problem and does insane damage. Once you get your opponent, he has no chance to survive unless he has flash. the last item Trinity Force is controversial. You may swap that with Warmog, Bloodthirster, guardian angel or sword of divine dependant to the rival team setup. You can also change the quintessence to armor penetration but not suggesting that. For early easy game keep the health runes instead. Played 3 games in a row and finished with 15-4, 12-2, 13-4 (k/d). Just give it a try.
