Utility: 9

Start with Orb Of Deception and max it first as this will give the most poke and deals true dmg it should be noted that its MORE IMPORTANT TO HIT WHEN THE ORBS COMING BACK THEN THE INITIAL THROW. Note it's generally not recomended that you tart spamming spells until lvl 3 since even with mana pots you will run out of mana UNLESS YOUR JUNGLE LEASHES BLUE then go right ahead. Next, if your facing against a melee champ or if your feeling risky consider getting a point in Fox-Fire for extra dmg. Otherwise, get Charm this skillshot is essential for a good Ahri player as it sets you up for max dmg on your Orb Of Deception or even pull a enemy champ from camping at his turret or run away take one point in a Charm for utility but max it last. Afterwards grab Spirit Rush whenever possible your ulti can be an amazing tool for chasing and especially escaping and even turret diving and with a low cooldown it's an important ability for Ahri especially when used right. The rest is common sense.
